Returns & Exchanges Policy
We want you to love what you ordered! However, if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a return policy for store credit only under the following conditions:

Return Timeframe
Returns must be made within 14 days from the date of delivery to be eligible for store credit. **Please note, purchases made in-store must be returned within 7 days to receive store credit.
Condition of Items
To qualify for a return, items must be new, unworn, unstained, and free of any scents (such as perfume, smoke, etc.). Items must be in their original condition with all tags attached.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Sale Items
All sale and clearance items are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Store Credit
Once your return is processed and approved, you will receive a store credit for the original price of the returned item. Store credits are non-transferable and can only be used for future purchases at Lola's on 3rd.
How to Return

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different size or item, please return your item for store credit and place a new order.
